About the event

The QS MBA Fair is part of the QS Latin America tour run by QS Quacquarelli Symonds, the company behind the QS World University Rankings. In Rio the organisation runs its master's and MBA events on the same evening and at the same venue, so candidates can move between the business-school booths and the wider postgraduate fair in a single visit. Attendees meet admissions directors, alumni and representatives of test providers in person, and receive advice on applications, funding and CV preparation.

Format and frequency

QS runs its Latin America tour twice a year - a January/February leg and an August/September leg - covering Rio de Janeiro together with Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Quito, Bogota, Medellin, Mexico City and Monterrey. Individual cities are not guaranteed a slot in every leg: Rio de Janeiro appeared in both January and August of 2026, but is not on the published February 2027 leg, which currently lists Lima, Quito, Bogota, San Jose, Mexico City and Guadalajara.
