Transition Expo 2026
Disability Connect's annual Transition Expo will be held on Wednesday 9 September 2026, 9:00am–2:00pm, at the Auckland Netball Centre, 7 Allison Ferguson Drive, St Johns.
Children aged 12+, young adults and their parents, family and whānau are encouraged to come and find out what is possible for life in the community after school finishes. Stallholders cover disability supports in tertiary education, employer conversations, libraries, transport, sports, arts, banking, day activities, social enterprises and services.
On arrival visitors receive a goodie bag with a full list of stallholders. Stallholders are grouped in categories with row signage. The Disability Connect team hosts at the entrance and in Row B. The event is free. NZ Sign Language interpreters and Mandarin Chinese translators are available at the Disability Connect stall.
