About the Washington Educator Career Fair

The Washington Educator Career Fair is a gathering of college placement personnel, school administrators and candidates. It provides an efficient, economical way for employers to meet qualified candidates across all educational fields — and gives candidates (new and experienced teachers, administrators and support staff) a "one-stop" chance to connect with many districts in a single day.

What to expect

Participating public school districts, ESDs, private schools and colleges staff booths, and many run interview booths. Past fairs drew representatives from 140+ public school districts across eight states and about 1,050 candidates. OSPI certification staff are on hand for licensing questions.

Registration

Candidate registration typically opens in early December. Onsite registration begins 8:15 am on the day of the event ($40 at the door; early-bird online $25). Recruiters and districts register separately.
