World Education Fair - Bucharest, Fall 2026

The World Education Fair (WEF) Bucharest Fall 2026, organised by Integral Group, is a one-day student recruitment fair taking place on Saturday, 26 September 2026, 10:00-17:00 (GMT+2) at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, Romania. It is the Bucharest stop of the Romanian Fall 2026 tour (Iasi on 24 September, Cluj-Napoca on 25 September, Bucharest on 26 September).

The fair is open to exhibitors presenting undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, high school, language, gap year, internship and exchange programmes abroad, as well as embassies and foreign ministries of education. The participation package (EUR 2,590) includes catering (two coffee breaks, lunch at the venue restaurant and a complimentary dinner after the fair), one display table with a 6 sqm working space, a branded banner, an assistant interpreter, a lead-collection system with visitor scanning devices, a short profile on the fair website, listings in printed materials, and extensive local media coverage (TV, radio, press, internet).
